MetalWorks SEO came out of firsthand experience in manufacturing. Founder Jeff Barison spent years around shop floors before building and growing businesses on the marketing and operations side — and the gap between those two worlds is exactly where this company sits.
I spent 20 years at metalworks. I watched us lose a $10000 job because nobody picked up the phone on a Friday afternoon — and then watched the same thing happen the following month. The work was never the problem. The system around the work was.
